What is the ordering process and how long does it take to get my door?

Upon requesting a quote via this site or by contacting customer service at 877-218-5434  you will be sent a quotation. Once we receive your signed quotation, you will be contacted by our accounting department for down payment. After initial payment, you will receive shop drawings. Your signature on the shop drawings will authorize construction of your door to begin. Construction takes approximately 10 weeks from receipt of the signed shop drawings. Final payment is required to ship your door. Please allow an additional 4–7 days for shipping.
